From the outside, it is a four-sided obelisk made of marble chips, cut at a height of 11 meters. The sculptor is L.P. Statkevich.
The monument was inaugurated on September 18, 1968, on the day of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Myrhorod.
