For three consecutive years (2019-2021), the Myrhorod community led the rating of institutional capacity and sustainable development of small and medium-sized communities of Ukraine with a population of up to 150 thousand among the communities of Poltava region. In the All-Ukrainian rating of investment capacity among 1,415 communities, the Myrhorod urban territorial community took 3rd-5th place in 2019-2021.

Nadvirna Urban Territorial Community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in Nadvirna Raion, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. The administrative center is the city of Nadvirna. The city is located in a slightly hilly green area twenty miles (32 km) northeast of the Carpathian Mountains.
The population of the community is 43,065 people, the area is 190.8 km2.

Novoselytsia urban territorial community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in Chernivtsi district of Chernivtsi region. The administrative center is the city of Novoselytsia, located 29 km from the regional center, on the left bank of the Prut River. The Chernivtsi-Larga railway line and the national highway H10 Chernivtsi-Kishinev pass through the city.
The population of the community is 28,125 people, the area is 220,005 km2.
The community consists of 14 settlements, 1 city and 13 villages, which are united into 10 starostyn districts.

Obukhiv urban territorial community is a territorial community in the Obukhiv district of Kyiv region. It is located in the valley of the Kobrynka river, 45 km from the city of Kyiv. The administrative center is the city of regional significance Obukhiv.
The population is 42,639 people. The total area is 396.8 km2.
The community consists of 25 settlements, namely 1 city and 24 villages, which are united into 13 starostyn districts.

Polyana rural territorial community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Mukachevo district of the Zakarpattia region. The administrative center is the village of Polyana, located in a small narrow valley, surrounded almost on all sides by forests, in the western part of the district.
The population of the community is 7,679 people, the area of the community is 162.01 km².

Khmilnytsia urban territorial community is a territorial community in Khmilnytsia district of Vinnytsia region. The administrative center is the city of Khmilnytsia, a significant historical center of Podillia, an important tourist center of the state, a resort of state significance.
The population of the community is 43,609 people. The total area is 635.9 km2.
The community consists of 42 settlements, including 1 city, 1 settlement and 40 villages, which are united into 7 starostyn districts.
The agreement on cooperation between the Khmilnytsia City Council of Vinnytsia region and the Myrhorod City Council of Poltava region was signed on 05/21/2015.
Chortkiv urban territorial community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Chortkiv district of Ternopil region. The administrative center is the city of Chortkiv, located in the southern part of Western Podillia, at the junction of the Ternopil Plateau geonatural zone in the north and the Dniester Canyon in the south.
The population of the community is 34,945 people, the area of the community is 127.5 km2.

Kovel City Territorial Community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Kovel district of the Volyn region. The administrative center is the city of Kovel, located 70 km from the regional center, 65 km from the Yahodyn-Dorohusk road crossing and 69 km from the Domanove road crossing.
The population of the community is 73,646 people, the area of the community is 316.7 km2.

Novovolynsk City Territorial Community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Volodymyriv district of the Volyn region. The administrative center is the city of Novovolynsk, located close to the national highway H22 Ustyluh-Lutsk-Rivne (18 km) and the international highway E373 (coincides with M07) Warsaw-Lublin-Kovel-Sarnia-Korosten-Kyiv (76 km).
The population of the community is 58,182 people, the area of the community is 75.3 km2.

Chuhuiv city territorial community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region. The administrative center is the city of Chuhuiv, located on the Siverskyi Donets River.
The population of the community is 36,957 people, the area of the community is 289.1 km2.

Anykščiai or Onikštės is a city in the northern part of Lithuania. Anykščiai has the status of a ski resort in Lithuania and is a popular destination for domestic tourism. It is located on both banks of the Šventoja River, 52 km from Utena and 110 km from Vilnius. The city has about 20 museums, monuments and cultural sites.
The population is 11,620 people.
The Agreement on Cooperation between the Myrhorod City Council (Ukraine) and the Anykščiai Municipal Self-Government (Lithuania) was signed on 20.07.2018.
Zgorzelec is a city in southwestern Poland, on the Nysa-Lużyska River. The administrative center of Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
Until 1945, it was the right-bank part of the city of Görlitz (German: Görlitz). After Poland joined the Schengen Agreement, free movement between the cities was reopened. Today, Zgorzelec and Görlitz are such different and at the same time similar cities that live different lives, but have much in common. At the same time, residents of both cities do not lose the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of each country, given that you can get from one city to the other on foot in just a couple of minutes, crossing the bridge.
The population is 32,525 people.
The agreement on the establishment of sister cities between the cities of Myrhorod (Ukraine) and Zgorzelec (Poland) was signed on 13.03.2007.
Maardu is a city in Estonia, in the county of Harju County. The city is located in the north-central part of Estonia on the shores of the Muuga Gulf (part of the Gulf of Finland). Maardu borders the Estonian capital Tallinn, on the seashore in the center of the intersection of sea, rail and highway routes, next to the international airport. Muuga Port.
Maardu hosts the Estonian Sorochyn Fair every autumn, thanks to which the Ukrainian community of the city is known not only in Estonia, but also far beyond its borders. This fair has become a kind of visiting card of the city.

Mtskheta is a city in Georgia, in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti mkhare, the administrative center of the Mtskheta municipality. It is located on a plateau where the Aragvi River flows into the Kura River, north of Tbilisi.
Mtskheta is the ancient capital of Georgia, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many historical and religious monuments have been preserved here. There are no more monuments in Mtskheta than in any other place in Georgia, and probably in the entire Caucasus.
Many Christians call Mtskheta the “second Jerusalem”. It was in Mtskheta, then the capital of the state, that Saint Nina, one of the most revered saints in Georgia, brought the good news. It is here that one of the main Christian shrines is kept – the Chiton of the Lord. And it is here that the main Christian cathedral of Georgia – Svetitskhoveli – has been preserved. Gorna Oryakhovitsa is a city in Veliko Tarnovo Province of Bulgaria. It is the administrative center of the Gorna Oryakhovitsa Municipality.
The Gorna Oryakhovitsa Municipality is located in Central Northern Bulgaria, in the picturesque northern foothills of the Arbanash Upland, on the border between the Pre-Balkans and the Danube Plain.
The heights around the city are cut by the Yantra River Gorge.
It is the second largest economic center of Veliko Tarnovo Province. The municipality includes 14 settlements (2 cities and 12 villages).

Barbi is a town in Germany, located in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. It is part of the Salzland district.
The town of Barbi and its districts are located in an idyllic corner of the Elbe-Saale.
Along the Elbe and Saale cycle path you can visit various historical buildings and sites, as well as beautiful meadow landscapes.
The population is 8,173 people.
An agreement on economic, trade and cultural cooperation between the cities of Myrhorod (Poltava region, Ukraine) and Barbi (Germany) was signed in 2002.
The Langenlonsheim-Stromberg Association is a form of local government in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, an administrative unit consisting of associations of communities in the Bad Kreuznach district. The association consists of two associations of communities: Langenlonsheim and Stromberg.
The Langenlonsheim Association consists of 7 communities with the center in Langenlonsheim. The population of the association is 13,591 people, the area is 49.52 km2.
The Stromberg Association consists of 10 communities with the center in Stromberg. The population of the association is 9,327 people, the area is 79.49 km2.
The Partnership Agreement between the Myrhorod Urban Territorial Community and the Longenlonsheim-Stromberg United Community on cooperation in the areas of administrative management, economy, tourism, education, ecology, engineering and technology, culture and sports was signed on October 12, 2022.
